In accordance with the relevant provisions of "Project Management Measures for Open Fund of Zhejiang Tsinghua Institute of Flexible Electronic Technology (Trial Operation)", and with the consent of the Academic Affairs Council of the Academy, the declaration of Open Fund will start on the same day in 2019. The Open Fund emphasizes original innovation, encourages interdisciplinary, emphasizes technology transformation, and focuses on supporting research projects with clear industrialization lines. Specific requirements and arrangements are as follows:

I. Qualification of applicants

1. Researchers from universities, enterprises and institutions at home and abroad with flexible electronic R&D background and technology platform support;

2. Possessing intermediate or higher titles, or having a doctorate degree;

3. Experience in flexible electronic technology related research；

4. Compliance with discipline and law, no bad academic record.

Two, funding methods

Projects are divided into two categories: surface projects and key projects. Among them, the funding intensity of surface projects is generally 100,000 to 150,000 yuan, the research life is generally 1 to 2 years, the funding intensity of key projects is generally 25 to 300,000, and the research life is generally 2 to 3 years. The starting time of research work is calculated from January 1, the following year when the project is approved, and the outstanding results are achieved. Additional funding can be provided.

Four. Time and Requirements for Acceptance of Declaration

Zhejiang Tsinghua Institute of Flexible Electronics TechnologyLetter of Commitment of Applicants for Open Fund Projects》，In duplicate (original). After the applicant's unit has signed and stamped the examination opinions, it will be mailed to Zhejiang Tsinghua Institute of Flexible Electronic Technology. 2. The deadline for application is July 10, 2018, whichever is the delivery time of express delivery.；

Five. Review arrangement

1. Format review: From July 15 to July 30, the basic information and format of the declaration will be checked by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Industry of the Academy.；

2. Expert review: 1 August to 15 September, by the Open Fund Expert Group of the Academy；

3. Assessment of the project: From September 17 to September 28, the final results will be considered by the Open Fund Committee of the Academy of Sciences on the basis of expert review.；

4.Result: October.
